How long is the free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Pick Growth or Pro at signup and start with the full platform.
Do Growth and Pro both include the full platform?
Yes. Intake, Lead Center, CRM, Deal Desk, website tools, and financials ship on every plan. Growth uses a manual Deal Desk; Pro adds live vehicle and program data. Plans also differ by usage limits and extra-seat pricing.
How many staff seats are included?
Both Growth and Pro include 5 active staff and 1 custom domain. Extra seats are $59.99/mo on Growth and $99.99/mo on Pro, managed in portal billing.
What is the difference in Deal Desk between Growth and Pro?
Growth is manual: enter vehicle, program, and tax figures yourself. Pro unlocks live vehicle decode, program data, and ZIP tax lookup. Live program data is Pro only, and Pro includes unlimited program lookups (cached repeats do not count against usage).
What happens if we go over monthly limits or storage?
Storage above your plan cap is billed at $4/GB and shown in portal billing before charge. Extra staff seats are billed as monthly add-ons. Customers on a prior promotional rate keep that monthly price until they cancel, change plan, or resubscribe.
What happens past the monthly credit application limit?
Growth includes 100 credit applications per billing period and Pro includes 250. Once you reach the limit, new credit applications from your site and the portal pause until your next billing period starts. There is no surprise overage charge. Growth teams can upgrade to Pro, or contact us for a higher limit.
How does this compare to per-seat broker CRM pricing?
