Nothing due at signing. The first payment, fees and taxes roll into the lease, so the monthly goes up a bit.

Can I print a branded quote PDF?
Yes. Deal Desk generates a branded quote PDF with your logo and business details when branding is set up in admin.
Do I still need a separate calculator?
Many independent brokerages run daily lease and finance quotes entirely in Deal Desk, including reverse target payment on the worksheet. If you rely on niche lender tools, you can still use those alongside LeasingStack for intake and operations.
Where do programs and rebates come from?
On Pro, live programs and rebates fill in from licensed market sources for supported VIN quotes. On Growth, enter your own figures. Either way, numbers are starting points for desking. Always verify with your lender before presenting.
Do you help with California's CARS Act?
Yes. An admin can turn on California mode for the CARS Act (SB 766). Customer quotes then show the total price and the total of all payments, list add-ons by name as optional, and add the 3-day cancel notice on used cars at $50,000 or less. Lease specials on your site and in emails show the vehicle price and total paid. These tools help with disclosures; you remain responsible for your own compliance, and this is not legal advice.
