Sales Representative
Los Angeles area preferred, hybrid. Remote U.S. considered for strong fit.
Own the full sales cycle for LeasingStack: find brokerages that need modern intake and portal software, run discovery, deliver demos, negotiate agreements, and close. Heavy outbound work including cold calls, structured follow-up, and clean handoffs to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Build and work a territory list of independent and regional auto brokerages, finance companies, and related desks.
- Cold call, email, and multi-touch outreach to book qualified conversations.
- Run discovery that maps pain (applications, customer portal, deal flow) to our product story.
- Deliver web demos, handle objections, and draft proposals with clear commercial terms.
- Negotiate and close net-new accounts; keep CRM and pipeline hygiene current.
- Partner with leadership on pricing, contract terms, and market feedback from the field.
Requirements
- 2+ years closing B2B SaaS or technology sales, or comparable full-cycle sales in automotive finance or F&I adjacent roles.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and owning your number.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain software value without jargon walls.
- Organized, coachable, and used to documenting next steps in a CRM.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in auto brokerage, dealer groups, or indirect lending.
- Experience selling workflow or compliance-sensitive software.
- Comfort running sequenced outbound (email plus phone) in a sales engagement tool.
